Rapid Response
Every time you call, the phone will be answered within 30 seconds or less by a fully-qualified Microsoft Certified Technician. If you prefer to email, your email will be responded to within 30 minutes or less. We believe rapid-response is a crucial part of the IT-Support experience, and as such we are driven to ensure when you need us, we are available to help. On occasion should the Support item be with our escalation team, we will always let you know where reasonable when you can expect the issue to be resolved, whether it be in the morning, afternoon, or the same day.
Efficient and Consistent Service
We have a well oiled support Service Desk, built upon industry guided processes and procedures, you can be confident that we don't re-invent the wheel each time and waste precious time. We have a 1 hour escalation process, meaning if your issue is not resolved within 1 hour, then it will qualify for pre-escalation and a more senior Technician will work together on the issue for the quickest resolution.
