Low Price Point, Great Value Server Support

Support Assist is our variable-price Support plan, providing Server Support combined with System and Network Monitoring. Server Support includes up to 1 hour per Support Incidence/Alert, and Desktop Support via the Remote Support Service Desk is charged at our standard hourly rate.
